Gary Du Preez
Born and raised in South Africa.
Having completed a BA (Law) I completed my Articles in Law in 1985.
From 1985 to 1997 I was employed by local and international Oil Companies where I was responsible for the redevelopment of existing and the development of new retail service station properties.
For the next 4 years I was the shareholder of a company which acquired 25 existing service station properties which company was sold to a local Oil Company in 2002.
In 2004 I established Terra Optimus Property Developments.
In my over 35 years of being involved in the retail service station property development business I have been privileged to have built up vast experience and knowledge in the securing and development of service station properties both for corporate companies and for my own portfolio.

I was born and raised in South Africa
I have worked in the consumer goods market for the past 14 years and have extensive knowledge on sales forecasting and growth and how the market changes and adapts to consumer goods from electronics to appliances. Responsible for company increasing turnover for the general merchandise market, dealing with corporates as well as independent buying groups.
I have joined my father in his company in 2021 to learn and understand the business and eventually take over the family owned business
